▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene based capacitive sensor comprises substrate, graphene interdigitized electrode, electrolyte and polymer, where the substrate houses the graphene interdigitized electrode, and layered with the electrolyte and the polymer. USE - Graphene based capacitive sensor for use in various fields like pressure and level sensing, accelerometers and proximity sensing. ADVANTAGE - The graphene based capacitive sensor has high base capacitance and noise immunity, and better flexibility, and can be prepared in simple and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a graphene based capacitive sensor, which involves providing solution of reduced exfoliated graphene, molding the solution of reduced exfoliated grapheme on a substrate and annealing to obtain a graphene interdigitized electrode, coating electrolyte on the molded graphene interdigitized electrode, and coating polymer solution to obtain the finished product.
