▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A porous tin dioxide nanoparticles/graphene composite material comprises particle size of 150-250 nm. USE - Porous tin dioxide nanoparticles/graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material is simple, easy and cost-effective to prepare. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a porous tin dioxide nanoparticles/graphene composite material which involves mixing 30 mg graphene oxide with 30 ml ethyl alcohol and 3 ml water ultrasonically for 1 hour to obtain mixture, centrifuging the mixture to obtain supernatant, adding the supernatant with 0.5 ml concentrated hydrochloric acid, followed by adding 0.25 g tin(II) chloride pentahydrate and 0.28 g sodium dodecyl sulfate and stirring to dissolve, to obtain a mixed solution, treating the mixed solution ultrasonically for 5-8 minutes, continuing stirring for 1 hour and transferring the solution to reaction kettle to react at 160 degrees C for 12 hours, cooling the reacted mixture to room temperature, centrifuging, washing, and drying to obtain a finished product.
