▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The solid state heating element has a heating layers (302), each comprising a mixture of carbon and a polymer, each heating layer is arranged upon a substrate layer (304). The heating layers are oriented to be in close proximity to each other such that infrared radiation produced by one heating layer impinges upon another heating layer. An insulating layer is between the heating layers. The carbon comprises graphene and the polymer comprises polysiloxane. The element further comprises a radiating layer adjacent to a first heating layer and a second radiating layer is adjacent to second heating layer. The heating layer is formed by a single electrically connected layer formed into a three-dimensional structure. USE - Solid-state heating element for use in an in-vent heating system of a building for home and industrial applications. Uses include but are not limited to gas forced air, gas or oil boiler systems, heat pumps and electric. ADVANTAGE - The solid-state heating element comprises a heating element that is provided with a heat source, where heat source is configured to generate heat at a location, and thus enables to provide heat to the building in an efficient manner.
