▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphite oxide and triethoxy octyl silane are dissolved in an organic solvent and condensed in the presence of a catalyst at 40-60 degrees C to obtain modified graphite oxide. The mass ratio of triethoxy octyl silane to graphite oxide is 3:1. The modified graphite oxide is ultrasonically dispersed in oleic acid and reacted at 150-180 degrees C for 12-24 hours to obtain functionalized graphene. USE - Functionalized graphene used as graphene/non-polar polymer composite material (claimed) e.g. polyethylene composite material, electromagnetic shielding material, antistatic material and cable shielding material. ADVANTAGE - The functionalized graphene produces composite material having high electroconductivity using reduced amount of graphene. The functionalized graphene is manufactured by a simple and easy process with improved productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the functionalized graphene.
