▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves providing a mixture of nano-scaled graphene plates and matrix material in fluent state, and extruding the mixture to form a filament in which the nano-scaled graphene plates are aligned along a filament axis. An NGP-matrix filament preform is formed by aligning the segments of the filament in a first direction or moving the filament back and forth along the first direction. The preform is then consolidated to form the nanocomposite material. USE - For producing hybrid NGP composite (claimed) with preferred orientation. ADVANTAGE - Produces nanometer-sized graphene plates exhibiting a controlled degree of preferred orientation. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure is a schematic drawing showing the method for producing nano-composite materials with preferred NGP orientation, particularly the formation of a nanocomposite filament, placement of oriented filament segments to form a preform and consolidation of the preform to form the composite structure.
