▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing light-weight composite material with excellent mechanical properties at high temperature comprises (i) processing chopped carbon fiber at a high temperature in an ammonia atmosphere, (ii) processing nano-scale carbonaceous modifier at high-temperature in an oxygen-containing atmosphere under high temperature, (iii) mixing the aminated carbon fiber and oxidized carbon modifier in an aqueous solution, filtering and drying to obtain modified chopped carbon fibers, (iv) uniformly mixing the modified carbon fiber with high temperature resistant polyaryletherketone powder to obtain a mixture, (v) adding the mixture into the screw extruder for melting, kneading, extrusion granulation to obtain composite material granules, and (vi) adding composite material particles into the injection molding machine, heating to a molten state, and molding to produce composite products of various structures. USE - The method is useful for preparing light composite material with excellent mechanical property at high temperature, which is useful in automobile, aerospace, medical and electrical engineering industries. ADVANTAGE - The modified chopped carbon fiber reinforced polyaryletherketone composite material has excellent mechanical property at high temperature. The method is simple, and environmentally friendly, has no waste liquid, and can realize scale production. The modified method of carbon fiber technique is simple and does not use the organic modifying agent used in the conventional method.
