NOVELTY - The device (100) has a tube (10) elongated in one direction. A plasma generator (20) is formed on the tube and including electrodes (21-23) capable of generating a potential difference. A sample holder (30) in which a sample (P) surface-treated by the plasma generated from the plasma generator is positioned in the tube. The sample holder is installed at or outside the boundary of an area occupied by the plasma generator in one direction. A gas regulator (40) controls the gas atmosphere in the tube. The gas flows into and out of the tube by the gas regulator in the direction of the sample holder from the plasma generator. USE - Surface treatment device for treating surface of sample is two-dimensional material, in atomic layer unit. ADVANTAGE - The sample of the two-dimensional material to be surface-treated in a tube formed elongated in one direction is not between the electrodes of the plasma generator in the atomic layer unit surface treatment apparatus of the two-dimensional material, but at the boundary or outside. Plasma generated from the plasma generator has the effect that the surface of the two-dimensional material selectively affects only the atomic layer by positioning it. The distance from the plasma generator is adjusted by the sample holder in which the sample is located by the sample holder position adjuster. The surface treatment is precisely controlled in the surface treatment apparatus of the atomic layer unit of the two-dimensional material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for surface treatment of an atomic layer unit of a two-dimensional material using an atomic layer unit surface treatment apparatus of a two-dimensional material.
