NOVELTY - Preparation of high rate self-control temperature graphene powder comprises mixing self controlled low molecular weight polymer powder, unsaturated fatty amide dispersant, non-ionic emulsifier and high alcohol alcohol defoamer to oil phase to obtain self controlled low molecular polymer emulsion, mixing self-control temperature controlled low molecular polymer lotion with graphene powder, nano superconducting carbon black powder and non-conductive filler to obtain graphene self-control temperature slurry, drying graphene self-control temperature slurry and performing heat treatment. USE - The method is used for preparation of high rate self-control temperature graphene powder for low-resistance self-controlling temperature ink (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high rate self-control temperature graphene powder has good dispersibility, is not easy to agglomerate, withstands voltage shocks and weaken negative temperature coefficient (NTC) effect and influence on self-control strength and initial power.
