NOVELTY - Preparing carbon composite wear-resistant material comprises mixing titanium powder, aluminum powder, titanium carbide powder, and graphene powder to obtain mixed powder, ball milling the mixed powder, hot-pressing, sintering by adding the ball milled mixed powder into a mold. USE - The material is useful for making pantograph slide. ADVANTAGE - The material has low resistivity, high electrical conductivity, good thermal shock resistance, wear resistance and abrasion resistance; improves the electrical conductivity of ceramic matrix composites; and reduces the cut-off value.
