NOVELTY - Reducing graphene oxide comprises using commercially available instant coffee and graphene oxide respectively to prepare into aqueous solution of certain concentration, mixing at certain volume, refluxing and reacting at 80-100 degrees C for 1-12 hours, carrying out suction filtration, washing, and drying to obtain graphene. USE - The method is useful for reducing graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses instant coffee as reduction agent, does not require stabilizer and dispersant, is environmentally friendly, is economical, and has simple technique. Graphene is provided with good dispersibility and stability.
