▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An aqueous graphite conductive ink comprises 20-85 pts. wt. graphene dispersion, 4-40 pts. wt. conductive carbon black 2000, 5-15 pts. wt. solvent, 5-38 pts. wt. graphite powder, 20-45 pts. wt. connecting material, 0.1-2.9 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 0.05-0.5 pt. wt. leveling agent, 1-15 pts. wt. adhesion promoter and 0.05-0.5 pt. wt. pH adjusting agent. The connecting material is aqueous thermosetting acrylic resin, aqueous alkyd resin, aqueous polyester resin, aqueous epoxy resin and/or aqueous polyurethane resin. The defoaming agent is aqueous alkyl modified silicone defoaming agent, silicone defoaming agent, high-molecular weight acrylate homopolymer non-silicone defoaming agent, and/or low-molecular weight acrylate homopolymer non-silicone defoaming agent. The leveling agent is aqueous polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane leveling agent and/or aqueous polyurethane leveling agent. The solvent is deionized water, anhydrous ethanol and/or aqueous ammonia. USE - Aqueous graphite conductive ink is used in screen printing. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous graphite conductive ink has slow drying speed, and does not cause phenomenon of blocking the screen due to rapid evaporation of the solvent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The adhesion promoter is a silane coupling agent adhesion promoter, titanate coupling agent adhesion promoter, and/or resin adhesion promoter. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the conductive ink.
