USE - Pump casting furan resin load nano graphene modified sand. ADVANTAGE - The modified sand exhibits increased comprehensive performance, has strong high temperature resistance, wear resistance, good liquidity, plasticity, air permeability, and collapsibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Pump casting furan resin load nano graphene modified sand comprises 90-100 pts. mass quartz sand, 8-10 pts. mass resin, 3-5 pts. mass nano graphite powder, 10-13 pts. mass cordierite powder, 8-11 pts. mass plaster powder, 6-9 pts. mass coal ash, 4-7 pts. mass wood fiber, 2-3 pts. mass concentrated nitric acid, 0.5-1 pts. mass concentrated saltpeter acid, 10-15 pts. mass ethyl acetate, and 25-30 pts. mass water. The preparation method of the modified sand comprises: (A) using furan resin and dissolving ethyl acetate, adding nano graphite powder and concentrated saltpeter acid, uniformly dispersing at ultrasonic frequency of 22 kHz, power of 100 W under ultrasonic processing for 25-35 minutes, using mixed liquid evaporation concentration, drying at 70-80 degrees C, grinding to 30 `mm to obtain modified binder; (B) taking cordierite powder, gypsum powder and coal ash and adding in high speed mixer, increasing temperature to 50-60 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, adding quartz sand and wood fiber, mixing for 10-15 minutes at 25-30 degrees C, adding modified binder and water, and continuing mixing for 15-20 minutes to obtain mixture material; and (C) using mixture material and drying for 3-5 hours at 50-60 degrees C in dryer, heating to 90-100 degrees C for 2-3 hours, crushing by pulverizer through 270-400 meshes sieve to obtain desired target sand.
