NOVELTY - A multi-layered flame retardant material preparation method involves dispersing certain amount of graphene oxide in solvent, adding certain amount of intumescent flame retardant to the solvent, dispersing, adding water absorbing agent, stirring to obtain layered flame retardant, uniformly mixing certain amount of the layered flame retardant, certain amount of intumescent flame retardant and certain amount of polymer matrix and performing injection molding using injection molding machine. USE - Method for preparing multi-layered flame retardant material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing environmentally-friendly multi-layered flame retardant material with better flame retardant effect and mechanical properties at low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a multi-layered flame retardant material prepared by the method.
