NOVELTY - Highly stretchable conductive wire array comprises at least one of conductive wires (110), at least one of support wires (120) and at least one of droplets (130). The droplet is positioned at the intersection of the conductive wire and the support wire. USE - The wire array is useful for various stretchable wearable device platforms. ADVANTAGE - The wire array has excellent shape stability, excellent elasticity, conductivity and excellent shape stability, and prevents sagging of the highly stretchable conductive wire. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An IDNEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing the highly stretchable conductive wire array, comprising (a) preparing a core yarn of a polymer material by a wet spinning process, (b) manufacturing a core array in which the core yarns are arranged at regular intervals using a wire array manufacturing apparatus, (c) preparing a conductive wire by forming a conductive layer on the surface of the core yarn, (d) positioning a support wire perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the conductive wire, and (e) forming a droplet at the intersection of the conductive wire and the support wire.
