NOVELTY - Three-dimensional printing ink of a flexible organic electrical chemical transistor comprises base ink, electrode ink, source ink, insulating ink and dielectric layer ink; where the base ink is the cross-linked agent obtained by the nano fiber cellulose/polyvinyl hydrogel and pentalate; the electrode ink is the reducing oxygenic graphene/carbon nanotube electrode prepared by the oxide/carbon nanotube; the active layer of ink includes the passage of the ink with the active layer of ink and the source of the ink of the gate; the passage of ink and the source layer of the gate of the channel include poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate material; the ink of the laminar ink includes polydimethylsiloxane; and the ink of the dielectric layer includes poly(sodium-4-styrene sulfonate) gel electrolyte ink. USE - The printing ink is useful for flexible organic electrical chemical transistor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional printing ink provides flexible organic electrochemical transistor having excellent electrical characteristics, thermal stability, and mechanical strength.
