NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene-modified paper coating involves (1) mixing graphene dispersion and distilled water, grinding, (2) adding flaky kaolin into dispersion of step (1), stirring, dispersing, ensuring that the flaky kaolin and graphene are sufficiently dispersed, adding additive comprising latex, sodium hydroxide solution, lubricant, dispersant and thickener, dispersing uniformly, (3) adding remaining ingredients, dispersing, testing physical properties and removing paint from disperser. USE - Preparation of graphene-modified paper (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-modified paper with enhanced mechanical properties by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene-modified paper coating involves (1) adding certain amount of distilled water into a dispersion container, weighing certain amount of graphene dispersion, adding distilled water, grinding at 300-500 rpm for 10 minutes, (2) taking certain amount of flaky kaolin, adding into dispersion of step (1), stirring, dispersing at 1500 rpm, ensuring that the flaky kaolin and graphene are sufficiently dispersed, adding additive comprising latex, sodium hydroxide solution, lubricant, dispersant and thickener, dispersing uniformly, (3) adding remaining ingredients, dispersing at 2000 rpm for 20 minutes, testing the physical properties and removing the paint from disperser.
