▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene friction material comprises 90-99 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide material, 1-3 pts. wt. surfactant, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. trigger agent and fiber material (specific value). USE - The graphene friction material is useful for brake lining in drum brakes (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene friction material/brake lining: can prevent the brake lining from generating high temperature that cause the friction coefficient; improves the safety of the use of brake linings; and avoids safety accidents caused by the deterioration of braking performance or brake failure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing a graphene friction material comprising uniformly stirring the modified graphene oxide material, the surfactant, and the trigger at a temperature of 60-80 degrees C to obtain a modified oxide graphene solution, adding the fiber material to the modified graphene oxide solution to obtain a modified graphene oxide fiber material, washing the modified graphene oxide fiber material and drying to obtain graphene friction material; and (2) preparing a brake lining comprising performing surface treatment of the steel back of the brake lining, rivets and glue on the steel back of the brake lining, weighing the graphene friction material according to the specifications of the brake lining, pressing on the steel back of the brake lining through a pressing die, manufacturing semi-finished brake linings, and reinforcing the semi-finished brake lining at 170-190 degrees C for 20-28 hours.
