▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high-purity graphene by electrolysis comprises (i) using graphite sheet A as the anode, platinum electrode as the cathode, and sulfate solution B as the electrolyte under the DC voltage of 1-5 V for 0.3-3 hours; (ii) replacing the electrolyte with weak alkaline electrolyte C, adjusting the voltage to 5-30 V, energizing for 0.5-5 hours to obtain precipitation D, where the weak alkaline electrolyte C is obtained by adjusting the pH value of the sulfate solution B with tetrabutylammonium hydrogen sulfate to 8-14; (iii) dissolving the precipitation D in an organic solvent, ultrasonically treating to obtain solution E, centrifuging the solution E, washing the upper layer with deionized water suction filtration to obtain the separated solid; and (iv) drying the separated solid. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-purity graphene by electrolysis. ADVANTAGE - The graphene has low oxidation degree, less layer number and larger size. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for high-purity graphene prepared by the above mentioned method.
