NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide-organic composite adsorption material comprises (i) ultrasonically mixing graphene oxide and solvent to obtain graphene oxide suspension, and (ii) mixing graphene oxide suspension with chelating group-containing organic solution, adjusting pH, and ultrasonically filtering, and drying to obtain graphene oxide-organic composite adsorption material. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide-organic composite adsorption material in sewage treatment. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical. The material has good heavy metal ion adsorption effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene oxide-organic composite adsorbent material, prepared by above method.
