NOVELTY - Graphene is transferred by pouring polymethyl methacrylate solution into a mold, horizontally placing the mold; forming a polymethyl methacrylate film when solvent toluene is volatilized; superposing a glass sheet, a polyethylene glycol terephthalate film, a copper sheet, graphene, a polymethyl methacrylate sheet, a polyethylene glycol terephthalate film, and a glass sheet in sequence by a clamp; roasting at 120 degrees C for 3 hours; and removing the upper and lower glass sheets and polyethylene glycol terephthalate film. USE - Method for transferring graphene by polymethyl methacrylate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method does not use the assistance of mechanical mechanism, e.g. spin coater in preparing polymethyl methacrylate film, so it is energy-saving and environment-friendly. The mold is repeatedly used to save cost. The dimension of the polymethyl methacrylate is not limited so that the transfer dimension of the graphene film is not limited. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Transferring graphene by polymethyl methacrylate involves setting a polyethylene glycol terephthalate film on mold surface, pouring polymethyl methacrylate solution in the mold, horizontally placing the mold, forming a polymethyl methacrylate film when solvent toluene is volatilized, and superposing a glass sheet, a polyethylene glycol terephthalate film, a copper sheet, graphene, a polymethyl methacrylate sheet, a polyethylene glycol terephthalate film, and a glass sheet by a clamp. Roasting is carried out at 120 degrees C for 3 hours. The upper and lower glass sheets and polyethylene glycol terephthalate film are removed. The superposed copper sheet, graphene, and polymethyl methacrylate film are added to ferric chloride or ferric nitrate solution. The polymethyl methacrylate film adhered with the graphene is removed after the copper sheet is dissolved. The glass sheet, substrate, graphene, polymethyl methacrylate film, polyethylene glycol terephthalate film are superposed by taking out the substrate, graphene after the polymethyl methacrylate film is completely dissolved to transfer the graphene film.
