The preparation of the microencapsulated hypophosphite flame retardant comprising adding melamine and deionized water into a container, stirring until melamine is completely dissolved, adding the hypophosphite flame retardant powder, stirring until the mixed solution in a suspension state, diluting, mixing phosphoric acid and aluminum dihydrogen phosphate in deionized water, dropping, reacting, cooling to room temperature, filtering, washing, adding it into a vacuum freeze-drying box to freeze-drying and dehydrating the product under the protection of nitrogen to obtain a hypophosphite flame retardant microencapsulated by melamine polyphosphate. USE - The antistatic halogen-free composite material is useful in electronic and electric, automobile industry, railway transportation and hardware tool. ADVANTAGE - The anti-static halogen-free composite material has high compatibility and dispersion, improved comprehensive performance with synergistic effect.
