NOVELTY - Antistatic halogen-free composite material comprises 15-30 pts. wt. conductive microencapsulated hypophosphite flame retardant, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. antioxidant, 20-30 pts. wt. glass fiber and 45-65 pts. wt. nylon resin. The preparation of the microencapsulated hypophosphite flame retardant comprising adding melamine and deionized water into a container, stirring until melamine is completely dissolved, adding the hypophosphite flame retardant powder, stirring until the mixed solution in a suspension state, diluting, mixing phosphoric acid and aluminum dihydrogen phosphate in deionized water, dropping, reacting, cooling to room temperature, filtering, washing, adding it into a vacuum freeze-drying box to freeze-drying and dehydrating the product under the protection of nitrogen to obtain a hypophosphite flame retardant microencapsulated by melamine polyphosphate. USE - The antistatic halogen-free composite material is useful in electronic and electric, automobile industry, railway transportation and hardware tool. ADVANTAGE - The anti-static halogen-free composite material has high compatibility and dispersion, improved comprehensive performance with synergistic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antistatic halogen-free composite material, comprising drying the nylon resin, mixing the conductive microencapsulated hypophosphite flame retardant, antioxidant, the glass fiber and the nylon resin uniformly, adding into a double-screw extruder for melt blending, extruding and granulating.
