NOVELTY - The device has a cotton velvet main body (6) whose bottom unit is provided with a conductive material (4). An outer unit of the conductive material is provided with a temperature sensor (5) and covered with a heating sheet (3). An outer unit of the heating sheet is covered with a high-quality cloth (2). Outer side of the high-quality cloth is provided with a silica gel sheet (1) for placing a conductive female buckle. The cotton velvet main body is provided with a pressing male buckle (7), where the pressing male buckle passes through the heating sheet, the conductive material and the conductive female buckle in the silica gel sheet of the conductive female buckle. A control device (10) is electrically connected with the heating sheet and the temperature sensor, where the conductive material is conductive cloth or conductive wire and the heating sheet is a silver paste heating sheet, a graphene heating sheet or a metal wire heating sheet.
