NOVELTY - A composite material comprises 55-62 wt.% ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or polyethylene, 23-30 wt.% conductive carbon black, 1-5 wt.% graphene powder, 8-12 wt.% white oil, 0.5-1 wt.% antioxidant, 0.3-1 wt.% zinc stearate and 0.6-1.2 wt.% crosslinking agent dicumyl peroxide (DCP). USE - Composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has improved conductive performance and thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite material comprising dissolving graphene powder in white oil solution A, mixing ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or polyethylene and conductive carbon black powder for 2 minutes, adding solution A, antioxidant 4,4'-thiobis and zinc stearate, mixing for 1-2 minutes, transferring into internal mixer through connecting pipe and mixing at 95-105 degrees C for 10-12 minutes; and extrusion granulating using single screw extruder, cooling, dehydrating, transferring into another mixer, adding crosslinking agent, stirring for 1-2 minutes, placing into storage silos, weighing and packaging.
