NOVELTY - Nano graphene fireproof paint comprises component A and component B in a mass ratio of 4-5:1, where the component A comprises 40-60 pts. wt. cement, 5-10 pts. wt. expanded vermiculite, 8-12 pts. wt. expanded vitrified beads, 5-10 pts. wt. expanded perlite, 1-3 pts. wt. nano-graphene, 8-12 pts. wt. gas phase silicon dioxide and 2-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent solution; and the component B comprises 20-25 pts. wt. polymer latex, 10-15 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin and 60-85 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as nano graphene fireproof paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has high strength, strong adhesion to substrate, excellent crack resistance and heat insulation performance, and is not easy to crack and fall off. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing nano graphene fireproof paint comprising (i) mixing cement, expanded vermiculite, expanded vitrified beads, expanded perlite, nano-graphene and gas phase silicon dioxide to obtain solid material, atomizing the silane coupling agent solution and adding to solid material after atomizing, and mixing to obtain component A, and mixing polymer latex, chlorinated paraffin and water to obtain component B; first conveying component A to the nozzle of the spray gun via the solid feed pipe, and then conveying component B to the nozzle of the spray gun via the solid feed pipe and mixing component B and component A at the nozzle and then ejecting through the nozzle and spraying onto the sprayed surface to obtain final product.
