▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A transparent antifogging film comprises a graphene layer(s) used as a function material and uniformly scattered in water or an organic solvent to obtain 0.001-1 mg/mL graphene dispersion. The graphene dispersion is uniformly coated on a surface of a material by brushing, dipping, rotary coating, or spraying. Natural drying or heating drying is performed to form consecutive graphene conductive network, and an electrode and a voltage are added to realize antifogging effect. The graphene pieces are scattered by high speed stirring and ultrasonic processing for 0.5-3 hours. USE - A transparent antifogging film used on a window material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film uses a small amount of graphene to form the conductive network, and has a light transmission rate of greater than 90%. It achieves improved antifogging effect under relatively low voltage of 1-30 V.
