▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Coke vanadium acid copper/nitrogen-doped graphene composite material comprises graphene and copper pyrovanadate growth on graphene surface, and composite material with three-dimensional mesoporous structure. USE - Coke vanadium acid copper/nitrogen-doped graphene composite material as lithium ion battery cathode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coke vanadium acid copper/nitrogen-doped graphene composite material is cost effective and simple, improves conductivity of composite material, reduces volume change in charging and discharging process, and has good electrochemical performance and high efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing doped graphene composite material, which involves: (A) dispersing oxidized graphene, polyvinylpyrrolidone, organic amine, copper salt and vanadium in water uniformly to form dispersed mixed solution, where ratio of vanadium source and copper salt is 1:1.95-10:3.3-4, and ratio of oxidized graphite alkene to organic amine is 120 mg:80-120 microns; (B) dispersing mixed solution react for 100-220 degrees C at 8-24 hours to obtain reaction liquid; (C) cooling reaction liquid to room temperature, filtering and washing reaction liquid at 10-50 degrees C; and (D) collecting precipitate after washing, putting washed precipitate for vacuum drying at 60-90 degrees C to obtain composite material.
