NOVELTY - Graphene grafted activated carbon purification filter element comprises 90-99 wt.% activated carbon, 0.1-9.5 wt.% graphene material, 0.1-1 wt.% surfactant and 0.1-5 wt.% additives. USE - Used as graphene grafted activated carbon purification filter element. ADVANTAGE - The filter core has excellent over-sterilization and descaling functions; and can be applied to various water purifiers to remove impurities e.g. bacteria and scale contained in water, purify water quality and protect the health of people. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing filter element, comprising (a) modifying activated carbon; (b) crushing the modified activated carbon material obtained in the step (b), adding graphene material powder and performing further crushing treatment to obtain a mixed powder; and (c) using the graphene-modified activated carbon mixed powder obtained in the step (b).
