NOVELTY - Anti-corrosion and anti-fouling paint comprises a base body component and a curing component. The weight ratio of the matrix component to the curing component is (2-4):1. The matrix component comprises 0.5-1 pts. wt. modified graphene, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, 0.05-0.15 pts. wt. surfactant, 0.05-0.15 pts. wt. capsaicin, 50-60 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 7-18 pts. wt. gamma- (2, 3-epoxypropoxy) propyl triethoxysilane, 7-18 pts. wt. phenyltrimethoxysilane and a 1-2 pts. wt. first catalyst. The curing component comprises 10-15 pts. wt. composite silane coupling agent, 15-20 pts. wt. tetraethoxysilane, 1-3 pts. wt. an anionic surfactant and a 1-3 pts. wt. second catalyst. The base component is made of polyurethane, polypropylene, polyester, polyethylene terephthalate, polytetrahydro-2,3,4,5-diol, polysilylbenzene-2-carboxylic acid and/or polyphenol. USE - Anti-corrosion antifouling paint. ADVANTAGE - The anti-corrosion antifouling paint does not contain volatile solvent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Anti-corrosion and anti-fouling paint comprises a base body component and a curing component. The weight ratio of the matrix component to the curing component is (2-4):1. The matrix component comprises 0.5-1 pts. wt. modified graphene, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, 0.05-0.15 pts. wt. surfactant, 0.05-0.15 pts. wt. capsaicin, 50-60 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 7-18 pts. wt. gamma- (2, 3-epoxypropoxy) propyl triethoxysilane, 7-18 pts. wt. phenyltrimethoxysilane and a 1-2 pts. wt. first catalyst. The curing component comprises 10-15 pts. wt. composite silane coupling agent, 15-20 pts. wt. tetraethoxysilane, 1-3 pts. wt. an anionic surfactant and a 1-3 pts. wt. second catalyst. The base component is made of polyurethane, polypropylene, polyester, polyethylene terephthalate, polytetrahydro-2,3,4,5-diol, polysilylbenzene-2-carboxylic acid and/or polyphenol. The modified graphene is obtained by modifying graphene by a mercapto-hydrocarbyl silane coupling agent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing anti-corrosion and anti-fouling paint, which involves adding nano silicon dioxide into the modified graphene, uniformly mixing, adding a surfactant to obtain a graphene pre-dispersion liquid, adding epoxy resin, gamma- (2, 3-epoxypropoxy) propyltriethoxysilane, phenyltrimethoxysilane and a first catalyst into a reaction kettle, and heating and stirring at the temperature of 110-120℃ for 2-4h to obtain matrix resin, adding matrix resin, capsaicin and graphene pre-dispersion liquid into a reaction kettle, and stirring to obtain a matrix component, adding the composite silane coupling agent, tetraethoxysilane and a second catalyst into a reaction kettle, heating and hydrolyzing at 55-80℃ for 7-9h, cooling to normal temperature, and adding an anionic surfactant to obtain a curing component, the matrix component and the curing component are mixed according to the ratio of (2-4): 1, and then uniformly mixing to obtain the finished product of the anti-corrosion and anti-fouling paint.
