NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene reinforced fiber involves mixing 18-24 pts. wt. caprolactam, 0.5-2 pts. wt. 6-aminocaproic acid and 0.001-0.01 pts. wt. graphene oxide, heating under inert gas or nitrogen protection to 250-270 degrees C and stirring for 4-8 hours; cooling and granulating; vacuum drying at 110-140 degrees C for 10-20 hours; and melt spinning to 250-280 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing graphene reinforced fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fiber has increased performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene reinforced fiber comprises mixing 2-5 pts. wt. flake graphite, 300-500 pts. wt. concentrated sulfuric acid and 30-60 pts. wt. phosphoric acid, adding 15-20 pts. wt. potassium permanganate and stirring at 45-55 degrees C for 9-18 hours; adding 300-500 pts. wt. deionized water and 20-50 pts. wt. 10-30 wt.% hydrogen peroxide and stirring for 5-10 minutes; separating, treating successively with deionized water, 10-30 wt.% hydrochloric acid and anhydrous ethanol and vacuum drying to obtain graphene oxide; mixing 18-24 pts. wt. caprolactam, 0.5-2 pts.
