NOVELTY - High temperature resistant electrothermal slurry, comprises 10-30 pts. wt. silicone modified polyester, 5-50 pts. wt. carbon material conductive agent, 5-40 pts. wt. solvent, 1-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, and 3-20 pts. wt. curing agent. The silicone-modified polyester is a silicone-saturated polyester block copolymer, and synthetic method of the silicone-saturated polyester block copolymer (IV) comprises (i) reacting siloxane compound (I) and 2 moles of 5-isocyanato-1-(isocyanatomethyl)-1,3,3-trimethylcyclohexane to obtain {({(5-isocyanato-1,3,3-trimethylcyclohexyl)methylcarbamoyl}oxy)silyloxy}silyl N-(5-isocyanato-1,3,3-trimethylcyclohexyl)methylcarbamate compound (II), and (ii) reacting (II) with 2 moles carboxylic acid compound (III) to obtain final product. USE - Used as high temperature resistant electrothermal slurry. ADVANTAGE - The high temperature resistant electrothermal slurry improves the temperature resistance of formed dry film; has low resistance, excellent conduction and heating performance, and prolongs the service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - High temperature resistant electrothermal slurry, comprises 10-30 pts. wt. silicone modified polyester, 5-50 pts. wt. carbon material conductive agent, 5-40 pts. wt. solvent, 1-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, and 3-20 pts. wt. curing agent. The silicone-modified polyester is a silicone-saturated polyester block copolymer, and synthetic method of the silicone-saturated polyester block copolymer of formula (IV) comprises (i) reacting siloxane compound of formula (I) and 2 moles of 5-isocyanato-1-(isocyanatomethyl)-1,3,3-trimethylcyclohexane to obtain {({(5-isocyanato-1,3,3-trimethylcyclohexyl)methylcarbamoyl}oxy)silyloxy}silyl N-(5-isocyanato-1,3,3-trimethylcyclohexyl)methylcarbamate compound of formula (II), and (ii) reacting (II) with 2 moles carboxylic acid compound of formula (III) to obtain final product. R1= -CH3; R2= -CxH2x+1or aliphatic ring group; and m, n, x = natural integers. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high temperature resistant electrothermal slurry comprising adding hydroxy-terminated silicone oil and isophorone diisocyanate into the reaction kettle, stirring, dehydrating at 70 ℃ for 30 minutes under vacuum condition, then reacting under the protection of nitrogen, adding diluted catalyst was added dropwise into the reactor, and reacting for 2-4 hours, adding hydroxy saturated polyester into the reaction kettle again, stirring evenly, raising the temperature to 80-90 ℃, reacting for 3-4 hours until system becomes a transparent solution to obtain silicone modified polyester resin, adding silicone-modified polyester resin, carbon-based material conductive agent, solvent, and auxiliary agent into the reactor, adjusting the disc agitator to 200-300 revolutions/minute, dispersing for 30-60 minutes, then increasing the stirring speed to 1000-5000 revolutions/minute, stirring for 2-4 hours to obtain mixture A, grinding the mixture A, adjusting the distance between the rollers, ensuring that the fineness of the slurry after passing through the machine for 1-2 times is below 10 µm, and then filtering the material out, then adjusting the viscosity to 3000-8000 cps, then adding curing agent, stirring evenly to obtain final product.
