NOVELTY - Preparing high barrier biodegradable film involves preparing the oxidized graphene modified composite biological base material, uniformly mixing the proper amount of oxidized graphene and mixing organic solvent uniformly, adding isophorone diisocyanate and catalyst to react, adding composite bio-based material to continuously reacting, cooling, filtering, washing, vacuum drying, obtaining the oxidized graphene modified composite bio-based material, preparing high barrier biodegradable thin film material, uniformly mixing the oxidized graphene modified composite biobased material and the composite bio-based material according to weight ratio of 1: 9 to 1: 99, using doublescrew extruder for mixing and granulating, water cooling, cutting, using film blowing machine to obtain the high barrier biodegradable film material, where the composite bio-based material is composed of poly (butylene adipate/terephthalate) and polylactic acid. USE - Method for preparing high barrier biodegradable film for packaging material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides high barrier biodegradable film having high barrier rate, less graphene dosage, no need to change the existing processing technique, simple and effective, suitable for mass production and popularization and application.
