NOVELTY - Graphene composite material comprises meltblown resin matrix, and rare earth element component and graphene oxide component incorporated in meltblown resin matrix. The content of graphene oxide component is 0.01-1 wt.% based on meltblown resin matrix. The rare earth element component is hardly soluble or insoluble in water, and the content is from one million to five thousandths based on meltblown resin matrix. USE - The graphene composite material, or manufactured product is useful in sewage treatment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: has improved effect of treating sewage with different concentrations, different levels of pollution and small amounts of heavy metal salts, ability to adapt to complex conditions, and stable wide spectrum of sewage treatment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the graphene composite material, comprising (i) dispersing rare earth element component, and the graphene oxide component uniformly to obtain graphene material liquid, then spray-drying, and assembling the graphene material liquid to obtain modified graphene, and then incorporating the modified graphene into the meltblown resin matrix by physical blending, or (ii) spray-drying the dispersion of graphene oxide component to obtain graphene assembly, and then incorporating the mixture of rare earth element component, and graphene assembly into meltblown resin matrix by physical blending; and (2) manufactured product which is melted from graphene composite material, and foamed product having pore size between 0.5-10 mu m, and/or macroscopic porous support having a pore size between 20-500 mu m is physically combined.
