▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Anti-counterfeiting coating comprises 100-200 pts. wt. modified starch prepolymer and 1-2 pts. wt. diaryliodonium salt. Modified starch prepolymer is prepared by mixing oxidized starch with water, stirring and heating until oxidized starch is dissolved, and preparing oxidized starch milk with a concentration of 20-30 wt.%. Graphene oxide is added to oxidized starch milk for ultrasonic dispersion. Mass ratio of graphene oxide to oxidized starch is 1: (60-120). Ultrasonic frequency is 40-60Hz, ultrasonic time is 0.5-1.5h to prepare modified starch milk. Polyvinyl alcohol is added to distilled water, mass ratio of polyvinyl alcohol and oxidized starch is (0.14-0.24):1, stirred and heated until polyvinyl alcohol is completely dissolved to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol solution. Temperature of polyvinyl alcohol solution is reduced to 50-60 degrees C after being kept for 10 minutes. Polyvinyl alcohol solution is added to modified starch milk, stirred and mixed to prepare a modified starch prepolymer. USE - Anti-counterfeiting coating for anti-counterfeiting label (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anti-counterfeiting coating is environmentally friendly, and the coating formed after curing of the anti-counterfeiting coating has higher adhesive strength, better toughness, shorter curing time, and better printing quality, anti-counterfeiting label can be used for anti-counterfeiting, and has environmental protection and good printing quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an anti-counterfeit label printing process, which involves label pattern printing, the light-coated film printing and the anti-counterfeiting layer printing, where printing steps of the anti-counterfeiting layer are using anti-counterfeiting coating for screen printing on the paper substrate processed by the printing step of the light-covering film, and curing by ultraviolet light irradiation to cover the anti-counterfeiting layer of the label pattern.
