▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing graphene-modified fiber reinforced materials, comprises (a) providing fiber bundles (103a, 103b), (b) pulling the fiber bundles, (c) adding graphene into the glue pot so that the graphene and the matrix in the glue pot together form a potting material, (d) infiltrating the stretched fiber bundle into the potting material in a potting tank, and (e) extruding the fiber bundle impregnated with the infusion material to form the graphene-modified fiber reinforced material. USE - The graphene-modified fiber reinforced material is useful in main beam for wind turbine blade (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures concentration and even distribution of graphene being introduced; increases compression strength of fiber bundles; strength of material and main force-bearing component of blade, electrical conductivity of material, and lightening protection effect of blade; reduces sensitivity of material strength with respect to manufacturing process; and evenly distributes graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) device for producing graphene-modified fiber reinforced materials, comprising a creel (101) having a reel (102) for winding the fiber bundles, where the reel is configured to rotate to convey the fiber bundle when the fiber bundle is pulled, a pulling device to directly or indirectly pull the fiber bundle so that the fiber bundle is in a pulling state, an injection box (105) having a glue tank for containing a potting material and a first adding device for adding graphene, where the injection box is configured to allow fiber bundles in a pulled state to pass through the glue tank, So that the infusion material is infiltrated onto the fiber bundle, where the infusion material includes a matrix and graphene, and a forming device to extrude the fiber bundle coated with the potting material to form the graphene-modified fiber reinforced material; and (2) graphene-modified fiber reinforced material prepared by the above method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the device. Creel (101) Reel (102) Fiber bundles (103a, 103b) Fiber bundle shaping frame (104) Injection box (105)
