NOVELTY - Modifying positive electrode material by reducing compound, involves: a. mixing and dissolving the reducing compound in a solvent according to a certain proportion, and obtaining precursor solution in the protective atmosphere; b. taking positive electrode material as substrate, adding it into the solution, oscillating for a certain time fully positive electrode the material powder and solution, after finishing reaction, taking out the material positive electrode reaction; and c. filtering and drying to obtain the surface modified material positive electrode in the process positive electrode material particle surface generating amorphous coating.
