NOVELTY - A graphene-based thin coating efficient radiating coating comprises 0.3-3 pts. wt. single-layer graphene, 30-70 pts. wt. main body resin, 3-20 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.1-1 pt. wt. dispersant, 0.1-1 pt. wt. defoamer, 0.1-1 pt. wt. coupling agent, 3-30 pts. wt. inorganic filler, and 5-20 pts. wt. aqueous diluent. The main body resin is mixture of acrylic acid emulsion and organic silicone-modified resin at mass ratio of 20-40:10-30. USE - Graphene-based thin coating efficient radiating coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has high thermal conductivity, good hiding power, improved adhesive force and heat-conducting capacity, no pungent smell emission, reduced volatile organic compound discharge, and good environmental protection effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of coating comprising mixing main body resin with dispersant and defoamer, mechanically dispersing for 10-20 minutes as first component, adding inorganic filler, mechanically dispersing for 10-20 minutes as second component, mixing graphene, aqueous diluent, coupling agent and auxiliary agent, ultrasonically dispersing for 1-3 hours as third component, mixing processed components, dispersing, filtering, and discharging.
