NOVELTY - Ion rectifier comprises polypyrrole/graphene oxide composite film, the polypyrrole is distributed in the polypyrrole/graphene composite film oxide on one side surface and the interlayer, the polypyrrole/graphene oxide composite film on the surface and the interlayer has carboxy, hydroxy functional group. USE - Used as ion rectifier. ADVANTAGE - The rectifier is prepared by simple process; is economical; and can be further applied to ion directional transport and salt difference generate electricity and so on. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing ion rectifier comprising carrying out oxidation graphene film preparing process using vacuum filtering the oxidized graphene nano-sheet stacking of compact oxidation graphene film process, preparing polypyrrole/graphene composite oxide film using vapor deposition to make the pyrrole monomer on the oxidation graphene film and preparing one side of the graphene oxide film obtained by polymerization so that a side surface and the layer of the graphene oxide film deposits, oxidizing the polypyrrole/graphene composite film in double-chamber in the electrolytic cell, adding electrolyte and two electrodes and electrically connected to construct the ion rectifier.
