NOVELTY - A modified organic silicon defoaming agent comprises 5-10 pts. wt. organosilicone oil; 5-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide modified organosilicone oil; 1-3 pts. wt. silicon dioxide; 2-4 pt. wt. allyl glycidyl ether; 1-2 pt. wt. fatty acid; 1-2 pt. wt. coupling agent; 2-4 pts. wt. emulsifier; 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. preservative; 1-4 pts. wt. thickening agent; 1-4 pts. wt. gas phase white carbon black; 25-40 pts. wt. water. The defoaming agent is prepared by reacting organosilicone oil and hydrophobic white carbon black for 3-5 hours at 120-150 degrees C, and obtaining thick silicon paste (S1); mixing paste, graphene oxide modified silicone oil, silicon dioxide, allyl glycidyl ether and fatty acid, stirring for 20-40 minutes at 1000-2000 revolutions/minute (rpm) to obtain the prefabricated paste (S2); putting paste into the reaction kettle and adding coupling agent, emulsifying agent, preservative, thickening agent and water, stirring for 40-60 minutes at 2500-4000 rpm (S3); and cooling and packaging (S4). USE - Modified organic silicon defoaming agent for transparent aqueous paint. ADVANTAGE - The defoaming agent strongly eliminates micro-bubble ability in the high viscosity system. It also has small use amount.
