NOVELTY - A conductive ink comprises 35-55 pts. wt. conductive filler, 20-30 pts. wt. binder, 9-21 pts. wt. solvent and 2-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. The conductive filler comprises 0.2-2 pts. wt. graphene, 30-40 pts. wt. flaky silver and 5-15 pts. wt. spherical silver powder. USE - Conductive ink used for printing. ADVANTAGE - The conductive ink has improved electrical conductivity and bending resistance property, wide printing adaptability and low solid content. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the production method of conductive ink, which involves preparing solvent binder to a reaction vessel, mixing resin at 60-90 degrees C, completely wetting and dissolving resin, heat preserving at 70-80 degrees C for 3-4 hours, hot-filtering to obtain the binder, mixing another solvent, dispersant and partial binder with graphene, carrying out the shear grading of graphene by shear emulsification for 4-8 hours with the fineness of less than 5 mu m to obtain graphene precursor, adding binder, solvent, additive, flaky silver powder and spherical silver powder to the mixing device, stirring for 1-2 hours, adding graphene precursor, continuously stirring for 2-4 hours to obtain thick slurry, grinding and filtering the coarse slurry to 6 times by three rolls to obtain highly dispersed graphene/silver composite conductive silver paste, carrying out negative pressure filtering with 400 mesh and subjecting the filtrate to vacuum degassing treatment for 1-3 hours.
