NOVELTY - Preparation of organosilane oligomer-modified graphene involves adding 10 pts. wt. graphene oxide prepared by oxidation-reduction method to three-port reaction bottle, adding dry anhydrous solvent, sealing bottle, reacting, ultrasonically dispersing mixed system for 40-90 minutes to obtain dispersion system, stirring, adding 5-100 pts. wt. chlorosilane, reacting for 24-48 hours to obtain chlorosilane-modified graphene, adding 0.5-15 pts. wt. deionized water and 10-100 pts. wt. tetrahydrofuran, reacting for 10-15 minutes to obtain organosilane oligomer-modified graphene dispersion, cooling to room temperature, filtering under vacuum conditions, washing filtrate with water, concentrating filtrate, distilling and drying. The thickness of graphene oxide is 0.5-10 nm. The anhydrous solvent comprises tetrahydrofuran, methyltetrahydrofuran or cyclohexane. USE - Preparation of organosilane oligomer-modified graphene.
