NOVELTY - Anode sheet, comprises a primer coating (2) on the surface of a current collector (1) and a cathode active coating (3) on the surface of the primer coating. The raw material of the primer coating includes binder, conductive agent, lithium iron phosphate and ceramic particle. USE - The anode sheet is used in the field of lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anode sheet has a high safety with low cost and high technique. The bottom coating layer acts as a safety coating for coating when the needling test, avoids the full charging anode the aluminum foil directly contact at the same time, forming a large resistor, slowing down the electric core thermal runaway. The raw material of the primer coating is cheap and easy to obtain, comprising universal lithium raw material lithium ferrophosphate, FB, AB, carbon nanotube, polyvinylidene fluoride, poly(acrylic acid), polyvinyl alcohol, PI, and oxide ceramic.
