NOVELTY - The method involves providing a graphite oxide deionized water at room temperature. A centrifugally washing process is used to remove deposition at a 45 degrees centigrade. A rotary evaporation is made until a sol-gel forms an oxidized graphite. A calcium oxide graphite is mixed with sol-gel and a surface of titanium foil is coated to obtain oxidized graphite thin film at a 120 degrees centigrade and 4 to 15 hours. A de-ionized water is used to wash the oxidized graphite thin film. USE - Method for manufacturing a graphene for super capacitor film of a lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacturing the graphene without using a conductive agent and bonding agent in a simple manner. The graphene has high capacity, good conductivity, and high flexibility.
