The nickel oxide and graphene compound load forms a net-like or nanometer point that is placed inside of the solid electrolyte layer. The grain diameter of the nickel oxide and graphene compound load is 200nm-800nm. USE - High capacity lithium ion battery anode material. ADVANTAGE - The energy is improved. The service life of the battery is prolonged. The volume change of nickel oxide and graphene compound load is avoided. The consumption of electrolyte is reduced and the surface of anode material is protected effectively. The circulation performance is improved.
