NOVELTY - An aqueous graphene coating comprises 40-60 parts mass aqueous polycarbonate resin, 20-40 parts mass aqueous dispersion emulsion, 0.1-1 parts mass functionalized graphene, 5-11 parts mass filler, 0-1.5 parts mass pigment, 0.1-3 parts mass wetting agent, 0.3-2 parts mass rust prevention agent, 0.1-1 parts mass defoamer, 0.2-1 parts mass thickener, 0.1-0.5 part mass dispersant, and 3-10 parts mass water. The aqueous dispersion emulsion is a compound of modified styrene-acrylic emulsion and fluorinated modified acrylic emulsion. The functionalized graphene is a compound of fluorinated graphene and silanized modified graphene. USE - Aqueous graphene coating for aluminum buckle (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aqueous graphene coating does not have volatile organic compound emission, has strong applicability, excellent oil resistance, water resistance, environmentally-friendly, pollution free, and long anti-corrosion time.
