NOVELTY - The system has an electrode (1) connected to a detector (2). Zinc oxide nanowire solution is deposited on the electrode. An anode and a cathode of a high-precision semiconductor tester (3) are connected with the electrode. The detector is provided with a visible light source (4), where distance between the visible light source and the detector is determined to obtain different light intensity. A filter (5) is connected between the visible light source and the detector. The filter performs red light glass filtering process. Concentration of zinc oxide nanowire solution is determined. USE - Zinc oxide graphene composite nanometer material based visible light detecting system. ADVANTAGE - The system improves comprehensive performance generated by component, so as to improve light response behavior.
