▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Preparation of non-noble metal catalyst comprises dissolving oxidized graphene, cobalt chloride and cobalt potassium cyanide in deionized water to obtain mixed solution, and standing at 50degrees Celsius to obtain black hydrogel; and preparing sodium borohydride aqueous solution, adding to black hydrogel, and reacting at constant temperature. USE - The method is for preparation of non-noble metal catalyst used for fuel cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple synthesis steps, only one-step reduction is needed to obtain the catalyst, the reaction parameter controllability is strong, it is easy to realize industrial production and popularization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a non-noble metal catalyst; and (2) a fuel cell comprising non-noble metal catalyst.
