NOVELTY - Method for preparing a high-performance thermoplastic elastomer synthetic leather slurry, involves performing micron material preparation, thermoplastic rubber slurry preparation and composite slurry preparation, where the micron material is prepared by adding 0.08-0.15 g cationic surfactant into 50 ml water, stirring to obtain a mixed solution (a), adding 1.2-1.35 g micron-scale flake nickel powder and 0.52 ml aqueous ammonia to solution (a), leaving still for 1-2 hours at room temperature, centrifuging, washing, and naturally drying obtain to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing a high-performance thermoplastic elastomer synthetic leather slurry. ADVANTAGE - The leather slurry has effects of uniform stirring and improved flexibility and softness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing a high-performance thermoplastic elastomer synthetic leather slurry, involves performing micron material preparation, thermoplastic rubber slurry preparation and composite slurry preparation, where the micron material is prepared by adding 0.08-0.15 g cationic surfactant into 50 ml water, stirring to obtain a mixed solution (a), adding 1.2-1.35 g micron-scale flake nickel powder and 0.52 ml aqueous ammonia to solution (a), leaving still for 1-2 hours at room temperature, centrifuging, washing, and naturally drying obtain to obtain the product. The thermoplastic rubber slurry is prepared by adding 0.12-0.2 g anionic surfactant into 50 ml ethanol water and stirring to obtain a mixed solution (b), adding 4.6-4.8 g thermoplastic styrene-butadiene rubber, 0.22-0.25 g talc and 0.18-0.2 g montmorillonite to solution (b), heating at 80-90degrees Celsius, stirring and cooling to obtain the product, where the weight ratio of ethanol and water in ethanol water is 1-3:2-4. The composite slurry is prepared by placing the micron material into the thermoplastic rubber slurry, heating at 100-105degrees Celsius and uniformly shaking to obtain the product. The weight ratio of micron-scale flake nickel powder to thermoplastic styrene-butadiene rubber in the preparation of the composite slurry is 1:8.2-9.6.
