NOVELTY - A graphene suspension solution contains dispersed solution having 35-55 mJ/m2 surface tension and graphene suspension having greater than or equal to 0.01 g/L concentration uniformly dispersed in dispersed solution at 45-80 degrees contact angle in which dispersed solution contains greater than or equal to 1 solvent and surface potential of graphene suspension solution is greater than or equal to 30 mV or less than or equal to - 30 mV. USE - Graphene suspension solution for composite material, lithium battery, super capacitor, and fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The solution has controlled surface tension, overcomes existing problem on van der Waals forces gathering, and is easy to follow sequential composite material preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene suspension solution (S1) which involves formulating dispersed solution (S10), adding (S20) multi-graphite powder material in dispersed solution to obtain graphite mixed solution, mechanically separating multi-graphite powder material from single layer graphene suspension, stripping (S30) out graphite suspension from graphite powder material to dispersed solution to obtain primary suspension solution, and centrifuging (S40) to separate remaining graphite powder material from graphene single layer.
