NOVELTY - Nylon based conductive fibre comprises 90-120 pts. wt. polyamide, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. polyvinyl phenol, 1-2 pts. wt. organic solvent, 2-5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 2-4 pts. wt. toughening agent. USE - Nylon-based conductive fiber. ADVANTAGE - The nylon-based conductive fiber has excellent conductivity, durability and low humidity condition of durable antistatic. It has good flexibility and spinnability, high stability, washing by water, soaping, keeping good antististatic performance after friction, reducing the unpleasant feeling generated by static when human body movement or wearing, and can reduce the clothes close-fitting and entwisting caused by static electricity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing nylon-based conductive fibre, which involves mixing the polyamide, portion of graphene, antioxidant and toughening agent, melting the mixed raw material by a double-screw extruder, granulating to form master batch, melting and spinning the master batch, cooling and forming, stretching and heat setting to obtain nylon-based fibre, under the condition of room temperature, using organic solvent and cleaning agent chinlon base fibre for surface cleaning treatment, removing the impurity on the surface of the fibre and drying for use, preparing graphene conductive slurry, placing the remaining graphene powder in the organic solvent, adding dispersant, mechanically stirring and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain the conductive slurry, using coating process, uniformly coating the prepared graphene conductive slurry on the surface of the chinlon base fibre, preparing conductive fibre, baking to obtain the conductive fibre, the conductive fibre after baking for water washing, water washing and drying.
