▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has graphene nanoribbons installed on a top part of a graphite nano-sensor array, where duty cycle of the graphene nanoribbons is 0.45 to 0.55, and fermi level of graphene nanoribbons is 0.65- 0.75 eV. USE - TM polarization graphite nano-belt array sensor for detecting of low refractive index material in gas and water environment. ADVANTAGE - The sensor is convenient to use and low in manufacturing cost. The sensor realizes mass production.
